Education :  

• General Manager / Deputy General Manager --The Candidate should have completed  A Law graduate / Degree in Law from a recognized University.
• Deputy Manager  -- The Candidate should have completed   Graduation in Computer Science & Engineering or Information Technology Engineering from a recognized University or Institution. 

Age : 

• General Manager / Deputy General Manager in the area of Law & Recovery  -- Lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 55/45 years.
• Deputy Manager in the area of Information Technology -- Lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 35 years.

Pay /Salary :

• General Manager / Deputy General Manager in the area of Law & Recovery  --The Pay Scale of  Rs.32900 – 58000/-   per month for General Manager .The Pay Scale of Rs.29100 – 54500/-  per month for Deputy General Manager.
• Deputy Manager in the area of Information Technology -- The Pay Scale of  Rs.16400 – 40500/- IDA  per month.
