Education : 
  1. Additional General Manager/ Deputy General Manager – The Candidate should have completed   B.Tech/BE in Naval architecture/Electrical Engg/Electronics/Mechanical/ Instrumentation from a recognized Institute / Board.Officers serving in Indian Navy may also apply. Naval Commander/ Captains (Engg/Electrical/Naval Architecture/Naval Construction) can apply.
  2.  Duty General Manager (For MCMV Project) – The Candidate should have completed   B.Tech/BE in Naval architecture/Electrical Engg/Electronics/Mechanical/ Instrumentation from a recognized Institute / Board.Officers serving in Indian Navy may also apply.   3. Dy. General Manager (HR) –  The Candidate should have completed  MBA/MSW/PG Degree/ Diploma in HRM/IR/Personnel Management/ Labour & Social Welfare/ Labour Studies/Social Work from a recognized AICTE approved institution.
  4. Senior Manager (Medical) –  The Candidate should have completed  MBBS.
  5. Manager (Safety) –  The Candidate should have completed B.Tech/BE in Electrical/Mechanical/ Electronics & Diploma in Industrial Safety from Central Labour Institute (CLI) OR Regional Labour Institute (RLI) 7 years relevant experience.
  6. Manager (Finance) – The Candidate should have completed Graduation with Charted Accountant/ qualified from Institute of Cost Accountant of India 7 years post qualification experience as in the relevant field
  7. Assistant Manager (HR) –  The Candidate should have completed Graduation with MBA/MSW/PG Degree/ Diploma in HRM/IR/Personnel Management/ Labour & Social Welfare/ Labour Studies/Social Work & 1 year Post qualification relevant experience.
  8. Assistant Manager (EDP) –  The Candidate should have completed Graduation/MCA /CS/IT from AICTE approved institution.
  9. Assistant Manager (Welding) –  The Candidate should have completed BE in Mechanical/Welding specialization from AICTE approved institution.
  10. Management Trainee(Mechanical) –  The Candidate should have completed BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engg. from AICTE approved institution.
  11. Management Trainee (Electronics) –  The Candidate should have completed BE/B.Tech in Electronics Engg. from AICTE approved institution.
Pay / Salary : 
  • Additional General Manager – The Pay scale Rs. 36600 – 62000/- per month.
  • Deputy General Manager – The  Pay scale Rs. 32900 – 58000/- per month.
  • Senior Manager – The  Pay scale Rs. 29100 – 54500/- per month.
  • Manager – The  Pay scale Rs. 24900 – 50600/- per month.
  • Assistant Manager/MT – The  Pay scale Rs. 16400 – 40500/- per month.
Age :
  1. Additional General Manager/ Deputy General Manager – The Lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 44/48  years as on 30.06.2015.
  2.  Duty General Manager (For MCMV Project) – The Lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 44  years as on 30.06.2015.
  3. Dy. General Manager (HR) –  The Lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 39 years as on 30.06.2015.
  4. Senior Manager (Medical) –  The Lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 36  years as on 30.06.2015.
