Education : 

1. Junior Breeder – The Candidate should have completed M.Sc. (Ag.) with Ph.D in Genetics & Plant Breeding/ Agronomy/ Plant Pathology from a recognized Institute / Board.
2. Junior Agronomist – The Candidate should have completed M.Sc. (Ag.) with Ph.D in Genetics & Plant Breeding/ Agronomy/ Plant Pathology from a recognized Institute / Board.
3. Junior Pathologist – The Candidate should have completed M.Sc. (Ag.) with Ph.D in Genetics & Plant Breeding/ Agronomy/ Plant Pathology from a recognized Institute / Board.
4. Technical Assistant – The Candidate should have completed B.Sc (Ag.) from a recognized Institute / Board.
5.  Field Man – The Candidate should have completed HSC in vocational Agriculture from a recognized Institute / Board.

Pay / Salary : 

• Junior Breeder – The Pay Scale of Rs. 15600- 39100/- + Grade pay of 6000/-
• Junior Agronomist – The Pay Scale of Rs. 15600- 39100/- + Grade pay of 6000/-
• Junior Pathologist – The Pay Scale of Rs. 15600- 39100/- + Grade pay of 6000/- 
• Technical Assistant – The Pay Scale of Rs. 9300- 34800/- + Grade pay of 3600/-
• Field Man – The Pay Scale of Rs. 5200- 20200/- +  Grade pay of 2000/-

Age :The Lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 45 years.
