Education :  The Candidate should have completed Bachelors Degree from a recognized Institute / Board.Must be a permanent resident of J&K State.

Pay / Salary :  The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade pay of   Rs.4600/- per month.

Age :The lower age limit shall be 21 years and upper age limit shall be 35 years of age on 01.01.2014.
