Education :  The Candidate should have completed Company Secretary having membership of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.The incumbent will be engaged on contract basis for a fixed tenure of 1 year.

Pay / Salary :  The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.25000/- per month.

Age :The lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 30 years.
