Education : 

• Chief Engineer (Dist.)/ Suptd Engineer (Dist.) - The Candidate should have completedBachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering/Technology from recognized Institute/Board.
• Chief General Manager/General Manager (F&A) -The Candidate should have completed CA/ICWA from recognized Institute/Board.
• Dy. General Manager (It) -The Candidate should have completed Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Computer / Information Technology /Computer Science and Engineering or 3 years Post Graduate Degree in Master of Computer Application.
• Asst. General Manager (F&A) - The Candidate should have completed Degree of a recognized University with Two years full time or three years part time Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration (MBA)/ Management Studies (MMS)/ Personnel Management (MPM) with Specialization in Human Resources Management/ Development/Personnel Management or Master of Social Work (MSW)/Master in Labour Studies (MLS)/ equivalent Management qualification in HR/Personnel Management from a University recognized by UGC or Institute approved by AICTE.
• Asst.General Manager (Hr) - The Candidate should have completed CA/ICWA from recognized Institute/Board.

Pay / Salary :  

• Chief Engineer (Distribution)/ Chief General Manager (F&A) - The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.45900-1950-88800/- per month.
• General Manager (F&A) - The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.40790-1790-83750/- per month. 
• Superintending Engineer (Dist.)/ Dy. General Manager (It) - The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.35875-1545-43600-1710-79510/- per month. 
• Assistant General Manager (Hr) /(F&A) - The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.33575-13854-40500-1545-74490/- per month.

Age :

• Chief Engineer (Distribution)/ Chief General Manager (F&A) -  The lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 50 years of age as on 26.02.2016.
• General Manager (F&A) - The lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 48 years of age as on 26.02.2016.
• Superintending Engineer (Dist)/ Dy.General Manager (It)/ Assistant General Manager (Hr)/(F&A) - The lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 45 years of age as on 26.02.2016.
