Education :  

• Sub-Inspector -The Candidate should have completed Bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognized University with Mathematics and Physics, or Computer Science as subjects
• Assistant Sub-Inspector -The Candidate should have completed Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from a board or university recognized by Central or  State Government.

Pay / Salary :  

• Sub-Inspector - The  Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.9300/- to 34800/- + Grade pay of  Rs.4200/- per month.
• Assistant Sub-Inspector - The  Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.5200/- to 20200/- + Grade pay of  Rs.2800/- per month.

Age :

• Sub-Inspector - The lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 30 years of age as on 02.04.2016.
• Assistant Sub-Inspector - The lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 25 years of age as on 02.04.2016.
