Education : 

•  Upper Division Clerk -The Candidate should have completed a degree in Arts, Science or Commerce of a recognized university or equivalent with an aggregate of 50% marks.
• Technician - B (Receptionist) - The Candidate should have completed SSC/HSC with minimum 60% marks + one year certificate course in Receptionist/Hospitality Management with good communication skill. 

Pay / Salary :  

• Upper Division Clerk - The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.5200 -Rs.20200/- +Grade Pay of Rs.2600/- per month.
• Technician - B (Receptionist) - The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.5200 -Rs.20200/-+Grade Pay of Rs.2000/- per month.

Age :

• Upper Division Clerk - The  lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 37 years of age as on 23.03.2016.
• Technician - B (Receptionist) - The  lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 35 years of age as on 23.03.2016.
