Educational qualification required for Goa PSC government job in Goa:
- Assistant Professor in Neurology -The Candidate should have completed medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956). Holders of qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Act No. 102 of 1956). (ii) Post graduate degree or equivalent in the concerned super-specialty or equivalent. (iii) At least one year teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Medical College/Teaching Institution in the subject of super-specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.)/Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.). (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.
- Lecturer in Oral Medicine and Radiology - The Candidate should have completed A qualification included in Part I or Part II of the Schedule to the Dentists Act, 1948 (16 of 1948). (ii) Post-Graduate qualification in Dentistry i.e. Master of Dental Surgery in concerned speciality/subject from a recognized institution or equivalent. (iii) Should be registered with Dental Council. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.
- Junior Gynecologist - The Candidate should have completed Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Postgraduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in the specialty concerned. (iii) In case of Diploma holders, Work in responsible position connected with the specialty concerned for 2 years after post-graduation Diploma. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.
- Medical Officer - The Candidate should have completed Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualification) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the said Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Postgraduate degree, failing which post-graduate diploma, in the specialty concerned. - Principal (Maritime School) - The Candidate should have completed S.S.C. or equivalent. (ii) Master or Mate (Home Trade). OR 2nd Engineer M.O.T. OR 2nd Mate (Foreign going) OR Diploma in Ship Building Institute. OR Master Chief Petty Officer Gr. I or Gr. II from the Indian Navy OR Master Chief Mechanical Engineer Gr. I or Gr. II from Indian Navy. (iii)Two years experience as Instructor in the Maritime School or similar Institute. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.
- Dy. Town Planner - The Candidate should have completed Degree in Regional/Town Planning from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent. (ii) 2 years experience in a Planning or architectural office. (iii) Knowledge of Konkani.
- Assistant Professor in Neurology - The Candidate will have pay scale of Rs.15,600/-Rs.39,100/-+ Grade Pay of Rs.6600/- per month.
- Lecturer in Oral Medicine and Radiology - The Candidate will have pay scale of Rs.15,600/-Rs.39,100/-+ Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- per month.
- Junior Gynecologist - The Candidate will have pay scale of Rs.15,600/-Rs.39,100/-+ Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- per month.
- Medical Officer - The Candidate will have pay scale of Rs.15,600/-Rs.39,100/-+ Grade Pay of Rs.5400/- per month.
- Principal (Maritime School) - The Candidate will have pay scale of Rs.9,300/-Rs.34,800/-+ Grade Pay of Rs.4600/- per month.

Age Limit for the Goa PSC jobs :
- Assistant Professor in Neurology -The lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 45 years of age as on 31.01.2016.
- Lecturer in Oral Medicine and Radiology - The lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 40 years of age as on 31.01.2016.
