Education :  The Candidate should have completed M.Sc. Physics Ph.D. (Exp. Solid State Physics). Minimum two publications in semiconductor junctions / solar cell devices.

Pay / Salary :  The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.36000/- + HRA@ 30% per month.
