• General Manager (Engg.)-(Civil) - The Candidate should have completed Full time Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a Govt. recognized University / Institute.
• General Manager (Finance) -The Candidate should have completed Associate / Fellow Member of ICAI/ICWAI or Full Time MBA (Finance) from Government recognized University / Institute.
• Additional General Manager (Finance) - The Candidate should have completed Associate/Fellow Member of ICAI/ICWAI or Full Time MBA (Finance) from Government recognized University / Institute.
• Dy. General Manager (Finance) - The Candidate should have completed Associate / Fellow Member of ICAI/ICWAI or Full Time MBA(Finance) from Government recognized University / Institute with aggregate 60% marks in MBA (Finance).

Pay / Salary :  

• General Manager (Engg.)-(Civil) -The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.36,600-62,000 /- (IDA) per month.
• General Manager (Finance) -The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.36,600-62,000 /- (IDA) per month.
• Additional General Manager (Finance) - The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.32900-58000/- (IDA) per month.
• Dy. General Manager (Finance) -The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.29100-54500/- (IDA)per month.

Age :

• General Manager (Engg.)-(Civil) - The lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 49 years of age as on 11.04.2016.
• General Manager (Finance) -The lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 49 years of age as on 11.04.2016.
• Additional General Manager (Finance) -The lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 45 years of age as on 11.04.2016.
• Dy. General Manager (Finance) - The lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 41 years of age as on 11.04.2016.
