Education :  

1. Scientific Officer(SO) - The  Candidate should have completed 1st Class Post Graduate degree in the desired discipline with 7 years work, research,experience in the related subject. 
2. Junior Scientific Officer(JSO) - The  Candidate should have completed  Central/State Govt. officers service in with atleast 5 years of service.
3. Senior Scientific Assistant(SSA) - The  Candidate should have completed  Central/State Govt. officers service in with atleast 5 years of service.

Pay / Salary :  

1. Scientific Officer(SO) - The  Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/- + Grade pay of   Rs.6600/- per month.
2. Junior Scientific Officer(JSO) - The  Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.15600-39100/- + Grade pay of  Rs.5400/- per month.
3. Senior Scientific Assistant(SSA) - The  Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade pay of   Rs.4200/- per month.

Age :The lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 56 years of age as on 01.03.2016.
