Education :

1. Office Assistant (Multipurpose) --The Candidate should have completed Bachelor’s Degree from recognized institute. (a) Essential: Proficiency in local language i.e Bengali. (b) Desirable: Knowledge of Computer skills.
2. Officer Scale-I --The Candidate should have completed Bachelor’s Degree from recognized institute.Also Preference will be given to the candidates having degree/diploma Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, VeterinaryScience, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, InformationTechnology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy. (a) Essential: Proficiency in local language i.e Bengali. (b) Desirable: Knowledge of Computer skills.
3. Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer ) --The Candidate should have completed Bachelor’s Degree from recognized institute.Also Preference will be given to the candidates having degree/diploma in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture,Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, VeterinaryScience, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, InformationTechnology, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy.

Age : Lower age limit shall be 21 years and upper age limit shall be 32 years.

Pay /Salary :.

1. Office Assistant( Multipurpose):The Pay Scale of 7200-400/3-7400-500/3-8900-600/4-12300-700/7-17200-1300/1-18500-800/1-19300.**
2. Officer JMG Scale-1: The Pay Scale of 14500-600/7-18700-700/2-20100-800/7-25700. **
3. Officer MMG Scale-II (Specialist) : The Pay Scale of 19400-700/1-20100-800/10-28100.**

**inclusive of D.A, H.R.A at prevailing rate depending on the place of posting, Medical Aid, LTC, Gratuity etc. will be admissible as per rules of the bank.
