Education :  

1. Scientific Officer/ Executive Engineer/ Electronic Instrumentation Engineer/ Asst Hydraulic Engineer (Class-I) - The Candidate should have completed Degree or any other relevant subject connected with Hydraulic Engineering and research.
2. Executive Engineer (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics & Communication) (Class-I) - The Candidate should have completed Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/ Electrical/Electronics and Communication, Engineering from a recognized university/ institution (4 year Degree course).
3. Senior Medical Officer (Class-I) - The Candidate should have completed MBBS degree from a recognized university.One year experience in a hospital, after completion of internship of one year.
4. Deputy Chief Medical Officer (Class-I) - The Candidate should have completed  MBBS Degree from a recognized University. A Post-Graduate Medical Degree or Post Graduate Diploma (Medical Stream) in the specified specialty from a recognized University.
5. Executive Engineer (Civil) (Class-I) - The Candidate should have completed Degree or equivalent in Civil Engg. from a recognized University/ Institution. (4 year Degree course).
6. Permanent Way Inspector (Class-II) -The Candidate should have completed Higher Secondary of equivalent.
7. Senior Assistant Traffic Manager (Class-I) - The Candidate should have completed Degree in any discipline from recognized University.
8. Assistant Estate Manager (Legal) (Class-I) - The Candidate should have completed  Law graduation of five years standing.
9. Senior Assistant Estate Manager (Class-I) - The Candidate should have completed Degree with a Post Graduate degree/ diploma in Architecture/ Town and Country Planning or degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university/ institution or corporate membership of Institution of Surveyor (India).

Pay / Salary :  

• Post 1 to 3,5,7,9 - The  Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.20,600- 46,500/- per month.
• Post 4  - The  Candidate will have pay scale of Rs.24,900/- to 50,500/- per month.
• Post 6 - The  Candidate will have pay scale of Rs.16,400/- to 40,500/- per month.

Age :

• Post 1,2,5 to 9 - The lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 30 years.
• Post 3 - The  lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 35 years.
• Post 4 - The  lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 40 years.
