Education :  

• Chief Manager (Risk Management) -  The Candidate should have completed  Graduation in any stream of Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics or Engineering with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA and Post Graduation in Mathematics/ Statistics/Economics or MBA in Finance/Banking/Risk Management or PG Diploma in Finance/Banking/Risk Management with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA.
• Senior Manager (Risk Management) -  The Candidate should have completed Graduation in any stream of Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics or Engineering with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA and Post Graduation in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics or MBA in Finance/Banking/Risk Management or PG Diploma in Finance/Banking/Risk Management with aggregate 60% marks or equivalent in CGPA.
• Manager (IT) -The Candidate should have completed Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication.
• Manager (Forex) - The Candidate should have completed Graduation/Post Graduate preferably with Commerce/Mathematics/Economics background.Professional qualifications viz. CAIIB/CA/MBA/CFA/MCA etc. is desirable.
• Manager (Debt/ Equity) -The Candidate should have completed Graduation/Post Graduate preferably with Commerce/Mathematics/Economics background. Professional qualifications viz. CAIIB/CA/MBA/CFA/MCA etc. is desirable.

Pay / Salary :  

• Chief Manager (Risk Management) - The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.50,030-60,820/- per month.
• Senior Manager (Risk Management) - The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.42020-58790/- per month.
• Manager (IT) - The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.31705-57330/- per month.
• Manager (Forex) - The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.31705-57330/- per month.
• Manager (Debt/ Equity) - The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.31705-57330/- per month.

Age :

• Chief Manager (Risk Management) -  The lower age limit shall be 25 years and upper age limit shall be 40 years of age as on 01.10.2015.
• Senior Manager (Risk Management) -  The lower age limit shall be 25 years and upper age limit shall be 35 years of age as on 01.10.2015.
• Manager (IT) -  The lower age limit shall be 23 years and upper age limit shall be 35 years of age as on 01.10.2015.
• Manager (Forex) -  The lower age limit shall be 23 years and upper age limit shall be 35 years of age as on 01.10.2015.
• Manager (Debt/ Equity) -  The lower age limit shall be 23 years and upper age limit shall be 35 years of age as on 01.10.2015.
