Education : The Candidate should have completed Full time MBA / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma of 2 years duration from a recognized University / Institution with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial relations / Human Resource Management with a minimum score of 60%. LLB would be a desirable qualification. 

Age :The Lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 45 years.

Pay / Salary : The Candidate  will have pay scale of  Rs.36600 - 62000/- per month + Industrial DA and other allowances as per rules of the Company.
