Education :  

• Senior Manager(SM-HR) - The Candidate should have completed Full Time MBA/P.G Degree/Diploma of 2 years duration  from recognized University/Institution with  specialization in Personal Management & Industrial relations/Human Resource Management with a minimum score of 60%.LLB would be a desirable qualification.
• Manager (MGR-HR) - The Candidate should have completed Full Time MBA/P.G Degree/Diploma of 2 years duration  from recognized University/Institution with  specialization in Personal Management & Industrial relations/Human Resource Management with a minimum score of 60%.LLB would be a desirable qualification.
• Dy.Company Secretary(Dy.Co.Secy) - The Candidate should have completed Full Time Graduate in any  discipline with minimum 60% marks and should have passed the final examination of institute  of company Secretaries of India(ICSI) and should be Associate/Fellow Member of ICSI. Preference will be given  to candidates having Graduate degree in Law(LLB).

Pay / Salary :  

• Senior Manager(SM-HR) - The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.32900-58000/- per month.
• Manager (MGR-HR) - The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.29100-54500/- per month.
• Dy.Company Secretary(Dy.Co.Secy) - The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.32900-58000/- per month.

Age :The lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 50 years of age as on 01.01.2016.
