Education :  The Candidate should have completed 10^th Standard Examination from a recognized Institute / Board.With 50% marks with minimum 35 words per minute in English type writing

Pay / Salary :  The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.5200 -20200/- + Grade pay of   Rs.1900/- per month.

Age :The lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 27 years of age on 30.06.2015.
