Education : 

• Engineering Officer -The Candidate should have completed  I Class M Sc /I Class BE (Electrical /Electrical & Electronics Engineering) with 5 years experience/ or M Tech / ME (Electrical /Electrical & Electronics Engineering) with 3 years experience or Ph.D (Science) with 2 years experience/ Ph.D (Engg) from recognized Institute/Board.
• Technician - The Candidate should have completed ITI Trade certificate with 5 years trade experience for Technicians.
• Assistant Librarian -  The Candidate should have completed  A University degree with Diploma in Library Science from recognized Institute/Board.
• Assistant Gr.II /III - The Candidate should have completed Matriculation with a minimum of 30 WPM in English Typing or 25 words in Hindi Typing from recognized Institute/Board.

Pay / Salary :  

• Engineering Officer Grade 3 & Grade 2 - The  Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.15,600-39100/- + Grade pay of Rs.6600/- per month.
• Engineering Officer Gr.1 -The  Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.9,300-34800/- + Grade pay of Rs.4600/- per month.
• Engineering Assistant Gr.1 & Gr.2 - The  Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.9,300-34800/- + Grade pay of Rs.4200/- per month.
• Technician Gr.2 - The  Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.5,200-20200/- + Grade pay of Rs.2000/- per month.
• Technician Gr.1/Assistant Gr.III - The  Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.5,200-20200/- + Grade pay of Rs.1900/- per month.
• Assistant Librarian/Assistant Gr.II- The  Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.5,200-20200/- + Grade pay of Rs.2400/- per month.

Age :

• Engineering Officer Gr.3 -The  lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 40 years of age as on 29.02.2016.
• Engineering Officer Gr.2 ,Engineering Assistant Gr.2 -The  lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 35 years of age as on 29.02.2016.
• Engineering Officer Gr.1 ,Engineering Assistant Gr.1,Technician Gr.2,Assistant Librarian, Assistant Gr.II,Assistant Gr.III -The  lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 30 years of age as on 29.02.2016.
• Technician Gr.1 -The  lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 28 years of age as on 29.02.2016.
