Education :  

1. Manager (Finance) – The Candidate should have done CA OR ICWA from a recognized Institute / Board.
2. Assistant Manager (Accounts) – The Candidate should have done CA OR ICWA from a recognized Institute / Board.
3. Assistant Manager ((Mining)  – The Candidate should have completed Degree in Mining Engg./AMIE with Second Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Restricted) under MMR, 1961.
4. Assistant Manager (Technical)  – The Candidate should have done Regular Engg. Graduate in Information Technology from a recognized university.
5. Assistant Manager (Chemist) – The Candidate should have done M.Sc./Ph.D. (Chemistry)from a recognized university
6.  Assistant Manager (Geology) –  The Candidate should have done M.Sc. (Geology) from a recognized university.
7.  Mine Foreman Grade-III –  The Candidate should have done Degree/Diploma in Mining Engg/AMIE.
8. MTS/ Office Assistant Grade-II –  The Candidate should have done Graduation from a recognized Institute / Board.Computer Qualification from an Institute registered with the Govt.
9. Mining Mate Grade-III – The Candidate should have completed 12th Standard Examination from a recognized Institute / Board. Should possess Mining Mate’s Certificate (Restricted) under MMR.
10. Accounts Assistant Grade-III – The Candidate should have done B.Com. from a recognized Institute / Board.Computer Qualification from an Institute registered with the Govt.

Pay / Salary :  

1. Manager (Finance) – The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.24900-3% - 50500/- per month.
2. Assistant Manager (Accounts) – The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.16400-3%-40500/- per month.
3. Assistant Manager ((Mining)  – The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.16400-3%-40500/- per month.
4. Assistant Manager (Technical)  – The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.16400-3%-40500/- per month.
5. Assistant Manager (Chemist) – The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.16400-3%-40500/- per month.
6. Assistant Manager (Geology) – The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.16400-3%-40500/- per month.
7. Mine Foreman Grade-III – The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.8850-3%- 17700 /- per month.
8. MTS/ Office Assistant Grade-II – The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.8850-3%- 16200 /- per month.
9. Mining Mate Grade-III – The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.8650-3%- 15400 /- per month.
10. Accounts Assistant Grade-III – The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.8650-3%- 15400 /- per month.

Age :The lower age limit shall be 18 years and upper age limit shall be 27-42 years of age on 01.08.2015.
