Education : 

1. Registrar – The Candidate should have completed MSc  from a recognized Institute / Board with desirable experience.
2. Director of Research –  The Candidate should have completed 1st or high 2nd class Master’s Degree in Agriculture or Horticulture or recognized equivalent qualifications.
3. Director of Extension Education – The Candidate should have completed Masters degree in Agricultural or Allied Science and a Doctoral Degree in relevant subject.
4. Director of Farms – The Candidate should have completed Master’s Degree in Agronomy or recognized equivalent qualifications with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade in the point scale wherever a grading system is followed.
5. Dean Students’ Welfare – The Candidate should have completed Master’s Degree in Agronomy or recognized equivalent qualifications with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade in the point scale wherever a grading system is followed.
6. Librarian –The Candidate should have completed Master’s Degree in Library Science from a recognized Institute / Board with 10 years of experience.
7. Assistant Comptroller – The Candidate should have completed  Master’s Degree in Commerce/ Finance with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade in the point scale wherever a grading system is followed.
8. University Engineer – The Candidate should have completed  Degree in Engineering (Civil) with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent grade in the point scale wherever a grading system is followed.
9. Junior Library Assistant –  The Candidate should have completed 12^th Standard Examination from a recognized Institute / Board with Diploma in Library Science.
10. Junior Assistant – The Candidate should have completed 12^th Standard Examination from a recognized Institute / Board with English typing speed @ 30 w.p.m..
11. Junior Library Attendant – The Candidate should have completed 08^th Standard Examination from a recognized Institute / Board with Working experience in a library.
12. Beldar – The Candidate should have completed 08^th Standard Examination from a recognized Institute / Board with Working experience in a fields.
13. Watch Man –The Candidate should have completed 08^th Standard Examination from a recognized Institute / Board with with good physical built. NVF or military trained persons will  get preference.

Pay / Salary : 

1. Registrar –  The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.37,400/- - 67,000/- +Grade pay  Rs.10000/- per month.
2. Director of Research –  The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.37,400/- - 67,000/- +Grade pay  Rs.10000/- per month.
3. Director of Extension Education –  The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.37,400/- - 67,000/- +Grade pay  Rs.10000/- per month.
4. Director of Farms –  The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.37,400/- - 67,000/- +Grade pay  Rs.10000/- per month.

9. Junior Library Assistant – The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.9000-28300/- + Grade pay  Rs.4400/- per month.
10. Junior Assistant – The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.7200-25400 /- + Grade pay  Rs. 3300/- per month.
11. Junior Library Attendant – The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.5400-18600/- + Grade pay  Rs.1800/- per month.
12. Beldar –  The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.5400-18600/- + Grade pay  Rs.1800/- per month.
13. Watch Man –  The Candidate  will have pay scale of Rs.5400-18600/- + Grade pay  Rs.1800/- per month.
